Our Mission
Making professional therapy accessible, affordable, and convenient — so anyone who struggles with life’s challenges can get help, anytime and anywhere.

Our Therapists
Flintridge Health and Evaluation Center offers access to licensed, trained, experienced, and accredited psychologists (PhD / PsyD), marriage and family therapists (LMFT), clinical social workers (LCSW / LMSW), and board licensed professional counselors (LPC).
Helping You Access Treatment
Upon your first contact, several staff carry out duties designed to support your treatment, make your visits comfortable and convenient while meeting professional and regulatory requirements. You will be asked questions about the nature of your problem including duration, frequency and severity of symptoms as well as your insurance coverage, medical referral, address and phone number.

Starting Therapy
We will schedule and conduct a “record opening” to formally establish your consent to receive treatment, obtain insurance company authorization for payment of services, obtain your signature agreeing to meet any co-pay requirements and open our medical record of your treatment. Upon completion of the “record opening”, you will be scheduled an evaluation appointment with a fully licensed mental health professional.

Open-Access Services
The Flintridge Health and Evaluation Center offers open-access appointments to new Maryland Medicaid patients on a first-come, first-served basis. New patients are encouraged to telephone the Center prior to arriving; however, walk-ins are welcome. Patients need to arrive 15 minutes prior to the offered appointment times, bring photo identification and their Maryland Medicaid card. Open-access is offered on the following days and times:

Adult Mobile Treatment Services
Our mobile treatment team strives to build a service and support foundation for each adult patient to initiate and develop a recovery plan. Building that foundation may include accessing more stable housing, managing and maintaining access to somatic health care, substance abuse education and prevention, eating a healthy diet, managing finances, managing medications and finding recreational opportunities. As the patient symptoms and situation stabilize, the mobile treatment team with the patient’s participation begin to plan for a transition to a less intense level of care.

Children & Adolescent Mobile Treatment Services
Provides multidisciplinary services to children and teens with mental illnesses, behavioral concerns, involvement with the juvenile justice system, or are in jeopardy of placement out of the home. Our case managers will work with families to conduct treatment in school, at home, and in the office.
